we accept refund if you donnt like the shoes after you recived.All returns must be requested in 15 days from the date your package deliveried and before you send back please contact us(Email:sale@nikesneakerbox.com).Buyer pay for the return postage,for all returns the shoes must be with their original condition & packaging,no worn,altered or washed.For all free shipping items,a $30(per pair) shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.
Notice:as some shoes on our store sell hot,if after you buy your order not in stock,there are two ways to solve:1 you choose another pair with the same cost you pay;2 you get full refund.Thanks for understand.
Exchange:
